How would you describe your approach to hair and the experience you create for your guests?
I strive to make every guest who enters and leaves my chair feel comfortable and at home. I make every appointment personal while still keeping it professional.
What’s your absolute favourite type of transformation to create behind the chair?
Taking a natural head of hair and bringing in pops of colour! Whether it's subtle mocha dimension or a full head of foils to brighten up their whole appearance, I love it. I also love a bouncy blowout and seeing every guest's "trust the process" expression!
If your styling aesthetic had a theme song, what would it be and why?
Breakin' Dishes by Rihanna!
What’s one piece of hair advice you wish everyone knew?
Avoid slicking your hair back or wearing tight hairstyles more than once a week. It can be very damaging to those little hairs around your face!
When you’re not in the salon, where can we find you and what are you up to?
You can usually find me dancing! Whether it's in front of my bedroom mirror or professionally on the Rattlers court at SaskTel Centre.
If you could tell your younger self anything, what would it be?
Don't be so hard on yourself. Everything will work out the way it's supposed to. It may sound cliché, but everything happens for a reason, and it truly does.
