Meet Celene - CEO of Revamp Salon Company Inc. Celene is a wife, mother and champion for making change in her community and the beauty industry. Her passion for growth has led her to become a trained Little Voice Mastery Coach helping people become the biggest most bad ass versions of themselves. On an international level she has helped touch the lives of over 10,000 hairstylists as a professional speaker and facilitator. Her mission is to help people tap into area's of new possibility that they didn't even know they were capable of. She truly champions for people to overcome their challenges and find the pockets of joy in their life. When she's not in the salon you can find her hiking, travelling or glamping.
Celene is the CEO of Revamp Salon Company Inc. and an experienced hairstylist who fell in love with the beauty industry during her teenage years. Like many, her family showed concern about hairstyling not being a viable career, which fueled Celene to pursue her passion for hairstyling and prove that it could be a lucrative and rewarding job.

One of Celene's defining moments was when her father was battling brain cancer, and she was giving him a haircut. He looked up at her and said, "You are doing exactly what you were meant to do." That moment inspired Celene to help others see the opportunities that the beauty industry has to offer.

Early in her career, Celene joined forces with Redken as an educator, and her world expanded to never-ending inspiration and education. Her passion for evolving and learning has led her to become a highly sought-after facilitator in Canada and the United States. She has hosted over 10,000 hairstylists from all over the world, and her advice and knowledge have been published in multiple magazines, including Canadian Hair Dresser, Flare, Hairdressers Journal (London), The KIT, and Hello Magazine across North America and Europe.

In 2014, Celene opened Revamp Salon Company with the goal of creating an environment where she could mentor others in the industry and teach them how to build the career of their dreams and the life they've always dreamed of. She has helped lead stylists to be able to buy houses, pay for weddings, put kids through school and activities, take their first big vacation, all while having a work-life balance.

Her company has won numerous awards, including the 2014 Waste Minimization Award and the 2022 Saskatoon Best of Top Salon Award. She has also been awarded the Retail Rockstar by HPSA USA, and was personally awarded the Saskatoon Chief of Police Award for Community Service. Furthermore, she has been nominated for the Loretta's Award for the 2023 YWCA Women of Distinction Awards, which recognizes women who have faced extreme hardship and adversity and have overcome them to achieve success.

Celene's ultimate goal is to help people grow; she just happens to use hair to do it. Her mentorship extends to the High-Performance Salon Academy in the US as a business mentor helping other salon owners build up amazing and profitable salon companies, and she also coaches individuals in the 6-week life-changing Little Voice Mastery Program. With her infectious personality, extensive knowledge, and experience, Celene has become an invaluable asset to the beauty industry.
