Hairstylists traditionally burn out quickly due to working in a physically demanding job with long hours often on nights and weekends. By offering flexible hours, and shorter shifts we will teach you how to manage your book and your time so you can earn a great living and still be around for all of those important events in your outside life. By offering competitive wages and retail commissions we want to teach you to work smarter not harder. By implementing proven tracking systems we will help you reach your top earning potential that will help you achieve finacial freedom.

"If you are not willing to learn, no one can help you.  If you are determined to learn, no one can stop you."  Education is the foundation of who Revamp Salon Company is as a company.  We believe that education is the key to success and we are committed to helping you reach new heights in your skill level and your career.  By offering amazing educational opportunities, we believe this is what sets us apart in the beauty industry.  Our #revampstylists attend a minimum of 6 classes per year, including private in salon education, and out of salon courses and shows.  We also offer business trainings to help you achieve your goals.  We have a #revampacademy that provides an education exchange from our many talented stylists as well.  The answer is always in the room, and we believe in sharing our knowledge with each other so we are all stronger!

We believe working in a fun, safe and stimulating environment makes you love what you do, and keeps you coming to work every day!  Revamp is a teaching salon offering associate programs for new talent, but not only that we believe in mentoring stylists at every level.  We have goal setting and mentoring sessions to help keep you on track, as well as plan for the future, and help you set out to achieve it.  We are a salon that nourishes creativity, education and provides you with the tools you need to build a strong career, not just a hobby.
